19 plumbing tasksI have worked on many plumbing situations with success. It is my specialty. Especially when installing new shower or sink hardware. When it comes to fixing leaks and clogs i can do a good job for you.Note: I do NOT Unclog toilets anymore but will fix problems with toilet functioning. I do NOT Snake Main drains but I WILL Do installations, replacements, sinks clogs and most leaks.
If we require new PARTS, I can go buy them and add it as an expense to customer.

A previous technician could not properly identify or repair the issue, but Naser immediately understood what was wrong after I sent him photos. The part that switches the water between the shower head and the bathtub faucet was broken, and he explained that I did not need to replace the entire faucet. Instead, he told me that replacing the diverter or tub spout would likely solve the problem. When he arrived, he first removed the diverter to confirm the exact type, then went to Home Depot, bought the correct part, and replaced it properly. He also sent me photos so I could choose, which I really appreciated. When I chose a more expensive adjustable option, he honestly explained why it was unnecessary and helped me avoid spending extra money. He also fixed the loose hot and cold water handle on my kitchen faucet very quickly and accurately. Throughout the whole process, he clearly explained the cause of the problems in a professional and easy-to-understand way. His work was precise, efficient, and trustworthy.
