- Codruta M.Unfortunately, things didn't work out with Kevin. He was coming to remove a concrete slab and do some weeding and trimming of the garden. He suggested we book a full day for those 2 things and I fully agreed. We agreed on the rental price of the tool. Unfortunately the tool he brought was too small for the work needed, so after 1h he had to stop. I asked him to continue with weeding, trimming, but at the 2h30 mark he wanted to stop all work and go home. By then, he had done a minimal radius of gardening, without clearing the residue from the concrete he had tried to break, and took several phone breaks. He said he did not come prepared for the trimming (but then why did we book a full day?). For me as a client, it makes no sense to pay someone 50$ an hour + charge for tool rental if the work is not completed at the end of day. Even then, I was flexible, agreed for him to come back with another tool at another time and still pay him for the hours done, unfortunately he cancelled my subsequent task.Yardwork
